Smog. The young designer chose an antithetic name for the bicycle created for Casamania, evoking the urban landscape where the bicycle has become a more and more frequent mean of transport.

Thanks to a series of small details and technical innovations, this bicycle responds to the needs of cyclists, especially urban cyclists. Smog has an aluminium frame and is constructed using high quality components: a 3 speed change, the pedal operated braking system and a car-bon fork suited for use in urban contexts.

In particular the Shimano Nexus wheel hub removes the need for a chain-guard thereby giving the bicycle a clean aesthetic. Since the lamps use normal rechargeable batteries there is no need for a dynamo.
